Shipping policy

NEW WA UPDATE: Unfortunately we've had to add a $100 surcharge to regional WA (postcodes 6200-6999). It's outrageously expensive to ship there and we can't keep losing money sending orders out there. Apologies!

We ship our panels and other products Australia-wide. Everyone also has the option to collect their order at our Sydney (Padstow) warehouse for free.

Wall Panel Shipping (Bathroom, Wood & EasyWall Tiles)

FREE home delivery is available on orders of 8+ wall panels (all sizes) to metro areas (except for Perth). Outside of metro areas we have FREE depot collect (from one of our partner depots) or FREE business delivery (with a forklift) as options.

If you require a home delivery with orders of 8+ wall panels outside of a metro area there is a home delivery option for a reasonable fee (we heavily subsidise the cost - it's expensive!). 

If you are ordering less than 8 panels there is variable shipping based on your location. To see whether you qualify as metro, regional or remote, please use the shipping estimator on any of the product pages or during checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on location of the delivery. As you can imagine, since we ship from NSW it will take longer for orders to reach Darwin than Sydney. Shipping times are usually between 5-10 business days once they are dispatched.

Warning: Do not schedule installers before you receive your panels. We cannot guarantee specific shipping times and we can't be held liable if there are delays. 

Note: We may not be able to ship to some remote/island locations. In that case, you have the option to collect your order at the nearest depot.
